Should you be looking to move commercial premises, then provided you employ 5 or more people, you will have to produce a formally written Fire Risk Assessment for the new premises. We can do this for you once you are fundamentally operating those premises, however we can also carry out a provisional assessment to identify any work that may need to be done whilst your builder / contractor is still on site, avoiding the need to get him back at a later date.
