Websites go live with ‘all new’ Amazon Payments

Now accepting Amazon Payments

Today Amazon have launched a new payment service for eCommerce websites, and as part of that launch two e64 eSPOSURE websites went live at the same time with this service.

Over the past month e64 has been working closly with Amazon Europe to integrate a new Payment service, which they launched to the public today, into two eSPOSURE websites. This service allows customers on these sites to pay for their goods using their Amazon credentials. The benefit to the customer is that they don’t need to enter any credit card information, since this is held in their Amazon account, and this is kept secure and confidential from the website. The benefit to the website is that Amazon guarantee the payment, so once the order has been accepted then payment is assured.

The process makes the check out process fast and secure. The payment system is completely integrated with the website, so there are no concerns over synchronisation between Amazon and the website you are shopping on.

The system went live early this morning and already we have seen significant use of the payment system on the two sites in question, The Watch Hut and The Jewel Hut and as the site developer’s, e64 are one of a few Website development companies who can offer this service with an indepth knowledge and experience of the service and its integration.

For more information about this please contact e64.
